It's OK To Have Tough Times

For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

2 Corinthians 12:10

Having a tough time in life does not mean we are doing anything wrong - it means that we are alive.  God has a plan which is bigger than anything we can imagine and I can't help but think that going through tough times is part of it.  When Peter said, "Gird up your loins of your mind," he meant we need to stick with what is right and good no matter what (1 Peter 1:13).

What ever you are going through, remember this:  God is on your side.
