Old Sunday School Lesson

I was glad when they said unto me,

Let us go into the house of the Lord.

Psalm 122:1

This is the first Bible verse I remember learning in Sunday School.  We recited it for a church program.  I was probably 4 or 5 years old, and it still rests in my memory.  

And, it is still true.  Something happens inside me when I go to church.  I feel a bit more confident that the world is going to be alright and good will prevail. 

So, I am glad.
