Jesus said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, and not man, for the Sabbath.”

The world is 24/7. Businesses are always open, factories are always running, our families need fed, the laundry needs doing, and everybody always wants something from us.
God knows this and He understands we may not be able to spend all day Sunday going to church and relaxing, but God also knows that we need time to rest.
So, if it is only 15 minutes, take time to sit down and rest your body and your mind and contemplate and pray, every day. You will be spiritually stronger and better able to do all those things that need doing 24/7.
Take a break for your own sake.
