A wise person chooses the right road; a fool takes the wrong one.
Ecclesiastes 10:2
Did you ever make a mistake and doggedly continue trying to make the mistake work for you? We sometimes exert all kinds of effort in order not to look like we are wrong.
It takes courage to acknowledge our mistakes and even more courage to do something about them. We need to worry less about what other people will think about our mistakes and more about what we can do to remedy them.
The Christian writer C.S. Lewis said, “We all want progress, but if you are on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road: in that case the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive.”
Be progressive and turn around your life.
