You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

We spend a lot of time working to build up our bodies. We run and walk and lift weights and do yoga and practice Tai Chi, all to improve our bodies and achieve an enhanced feeling of calm. And, because we really want to look good.
Likewise, grace of God builds our spiritual and emotional strength without which our physical strength would amount to nothing more than a soulless mess of muscle.
We are strong in body and spirit in the grace of God.
