Ambassadors For Christ

 

Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

2 Corinthians 5:20

What inspires you? What does it take to get you on your feet and doing something?

We live in a nation with a Christian church on almost every corner. Nowhere else in the world is it so easy for people to engage with the church. Yet millions of people never go to church except for weddings and funerals.  Sad, huh?

So my question is what are you going to do about it? We are charged to take the gospel to the world. The last time I looked the world was right outside my front door.

Let us be what we are called to be, Christ’s ambassadors, and go knock on a few doors and extend the hand of fellowship to those who are outside the fellowship of the church.  

Sometimes all it takes is a personal invitation to get people to come to church.  

Do your best and God will do the rest.
