Ah Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing is too difficult for you.
Jeremiah 32:17
Omnipotence is a fancy word for all powerful.
Our God can do anything. His only limits are that He will not do anything that violates His nature as a loving God, or the free will of humans to choose for themselves what they will do. God gave humans a free will so that they would not be robots serving Him, but willing servants who desire to do His will.
Therefore we understand God’s omnipotence as that of a loving caretaker who does what is best for His creation.
