“Therefore
there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” Romans 8:1.
We
sometimes appoint ourselves as judge, jury and hangman. We are reluctant to accept that Jesus offers
forgiveness to everyone. This
forgiveness is discounted by the media who say politically powerful
people who get caught in illegal activities either “get sick or get religion.”
As
Christians, who have experienced the life changing power of Christ,
we need to be above questioning the forgiveness and the accompanying life
changing difference Jesus offers to everyone.
No condemnation means no mean comments regarding new Christians from us. The babies in Christ will grow up in time,
and the formerly powerful may well bring their formerly worldly gifts to be
used by God.
Now,
give a baby in Christ a pat on the back.
