may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you
will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

In
the best of times, in the worst of times, at all times, God is with us. The God of the universe is taking care of
business and that business includes us.
We
serve the God of Hope and His care includes the power of His Holy Spirit
filling us with joy and peace and hope.
This
is why in the best of times, in the worst of times and at all times we have
hope.
