Make The Confession

But what does it say?  “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” – that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

Romans 10:8-10

This is what God asks – that we confess Jesus is Lord.  We are not implored to build a huge temple or pay a million dollars.  We are not told to day after day to confess our total unworthiness.  We are told to confess Jesus is Lord. 

Don’t wait.  Don’t procrastinate.  Now is the time.  Today is the day.  Receive the free gift of God – salvation through Jesus Christ.

Make the confession – Jesus is Lord.
