Prop Up a Brother or Sister

“But encourage one another day after day, as long as it is still called Today, so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.”  Hebrews 3:13

Sin is a tricky thing that can trip up anyone; one day we are living the life of born again Christians and the next we are sliding toward the pits of hell. 

It has to do with that horrible thing we all possess:  human nature.  We like to think we are smart and won’t fall into sin, but then the sin presents itself and there we go. 

That is why it is important that we encourage one another in the faith.  We must not be afraid to speak to one another regarding what we see as potential sin problems in our life and other Christians’ lives.
