Pardon

Seek the Lord while He may be found;

Call upon Him while He is near.

Let the wicked forsake his way

And the unrighteous man his thoughts;

And let him return to the Lord,

And He will have compassion on him,

And to our God,

For He will abundantly pardon.

Isaiah 55:6-7

God waits for us to come to Him.  God is compassionate and He understands that we are tempted and tossed by sin and it beats us down.  He does not want to condemn us, He wants to forgive us and that is why He sent His Son, Jesus for all people.  When we ask Jesus to be our Lord, Master and Savior, all our sins are taken away, and we become new people in Christ.  Sin that entangled us loses its appeal and we turn from it.  

We receive the ultimate pardon for our wrong doing from God because He loves us.
