Always In A Hurry

 

But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day.

The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

2 Peter 3:8-9

We spend a lot of time trying to move things along.  We want to things to get done and so we can do something different or worry about something different.  We want many things - a better job, a new car, our kids to make better decisions, and the list goes on and on.

Sometimes we get instant results, other times we do not.  We wait because God plays the long game.  He is working for everyone's best interests. 

Be patient.  God is working for you.
