You Are Not Alone

For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

1 Corinthians 1:18

You never see a drowning man reject a life ring when it is thrown to him.  

Why is it that when people are drowning in sin, they reject Jesus?   Is it fear of the unknown?  Is it pride?   On our own, we are ninety-eight pound weaklings in the fight against sin.  We fan the air, while sin destroys our lives.   

The good news is that we don’t have to fight sin alone.  Jesus is the heavy weight champion of our salvation.  All we have to do is ask Him into our hearts.

We do not need fancy words to pray.  We only need to ask God for help.
