We Are Forgiven

“Come now let us reason together,” says the Lord,

“Though your sins are as scarlet,

They will be as white as snow;

Though they are red like crimson,

They will be like wool.”

Isaiah 1:18

The promises of God are true.  Isaiah spoke of the coming Savior, Jesus.  When we ask Jesus to be our Lord, Master and Savior, our sins are washed away by God.  We stand before God as new people: God’s people. 

We are free to live as God’s redeemed people.  No longer do we answer to the demands of evil; we answer to the one true God.   

We are forgiven and it shows.
