More Than Getting By

Who will separate us from the love of Christ?  Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril or sword? …  But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.

Romans 8:35, 37

What do we do when we think we have done all we can do?

Do we give up in distress or do we give it to God to see what He has planned?

When we give our problems to God, it banishes resignation and hopelessness, and opens us up to receive divine guidance and intervention.  God is not limited by human circumstances.  God has authority over all things, even that which we consider to be mundane.

The intervention of God may be as small as the electric company truck breaking down on the way to shut off our electricity or as big as ridding our bodies of disease.  There are no limits to God’s power.

God loves us and nothing can separate us from Him.
