Driverless Life, I Don't Think So

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

Psalm 119:105

There is lots of hype and spin about the Google driverless car.  As an aging Baby Boomer, I can’t wait.  I will never have to stop going places – even if the kids take away my driver’s license.  Which in an of its self is a scary idea – all of us very old people roaming around unsupervised and standing along the roads screaming at our cars because we didn’t bond with the GPS.  It should add a whole dimension to the concept of road rage.

Fortunately, we don’t have to rely on Google to get us where we need to go to have a good life.  God gave us His Word, the Bible, for direction and if we follow it we will end up right where we are supposed to be – close to God.
