When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.
Psalm 34:17
If you are in trouble or are troubled, don't be afraid to ask for help. There is no shame in getting help. God delivers us out of our troubles, and sometimes it is the hands of people who do the work.
If you need help, ask.
